If you cancel Plus, you do not lose your events

Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After that, each event returns to Plan/G One or Plan/G Free as appropriate. Existing events, guests, and data remain; only adding new guests is blocked when the applicable limit is exceeded.

FAQ

FAQ

When do I need to pay?

Only when an event needs more capacity than Plan/G Free. You can expand that event with Plan/G One, or all your events with Plan/G Plus while it is active.

Do guests need to buy a plan?

No. The host buys the plan. Opening the invitation, RSVPing, and participating does not require buying a plan.

What is the difference between Plan/G One and Plan/G Plus?

Plan/G One is a one-time payment for one specific event up to 250 guests. Plan/G Plus is an annual account plan that covers all your events up to 500 guests per event.

Why does Plus pay off from 5 events?

Plan/G One costs €9.99 per event. At current prices, up to 4 One events still cost slightly less than Plan/G Plus. From event 5, Plan/G Plus costs less and covers up to 500 guests per event.

What happens if the date or place changes?

Plan/G One remains attached to the same event. You can change the date, time, or location, and postponing does not require another purchase.

Can I move Plan/G One to another event?

No. Plan/G One stays associated with the event it was purchased for and cannot be transferred.

What happens when I duplicate an event?

Duplicating an event creates a new event with Plan/G Free. The Plan/G One entitlement is not copied.

What happens with a small event if I have Plus?

You do not need to assign anything. Plan/G Plus applies automatically to events you own while it is active.

Can I cancel Plus renewal?

Yes. You can cancel renewal and Plan/G Plus stays active until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not issue a refund or end the plan immediately.

What if my event exceeds the Plan/G One limit?

Plan/G One is not available for that event. Plan/G Plus covers events up to 500 guests; existing data remains and only growth above the applicable limit is blocked.
