Legal owner: [TITULAR] NIF: [NIF] Address: [DOMICILIO] Email: support@plan-g.co Registration data: [REGISTRO MERCANTIL]
These terms regulate:
- Access and use of the website, applications and services of Plan/G.
- The creation, organization and private management of events.
- The use of invitations, RSVPs, attendee lists, tasks, contributions, expenses, galleries, communications and other available functionalities.
- Contracting free or paid plans.
- The relationship between Plan/G and the people who create an account, host an event, co-host or log in as a participant.
By creating an account, accepting an invitation through a registered account, creating an event or purchasing a plan, the user accepts these terms.
The Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, the Legal Notice and the specific information shown during the contract are part of the contractual relationship.
What is Plan/G
Plan/G is a platform to organize and coordinate private events. Depending on the features enabled, it may allow:
- Create and configure events.
- Define date, time, time zone, location, description and agenda.
- Invite people and manage attendance responses.
- Appoint co-hosts.
- Share instructions, updates and reminders.
- Coordinate objects, food, drinks, tasks or contributions.
- Claim or release elements contributed by attendees.
- Record and distribute expenses.
- Share photos, videos and other files.
- Maintain conversations and mentions linked to the event.
- Consult weather information associated with the date and location.
- Export or sync data with calendars.
- Download photographs or albums.
- Hire additional capacity or functionalities.
- Use other coordination tools that Plan/G incorporates.
Plan/G provides the technological infrastructure. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Plan/G does not organize the event, does not select the guests, does not control the venue and does not provide the in-person services associated with the event.
Private nature of events
Plan/G events are private by default.
Access may depend on:
- An invitation addressed to an email address.
- A private link or token.
- The association between an invitation and a registered account.
- Approval of the owner or a co-host.
- Permissions assigned within the event.
Private links and tokens should be treated as access credentials. The user must not post or share them outside the intended group.
When a person registers with an address other than the one invited, Plan/G may request authorization from the owner or co-hosts before granting access.
Simply receiving information about or physically attending an event does not necessarily require creating an account. However, to access operational functionalities, manage information or interact within Plan/G, registration may be required.
Age and ability
To create events, act as owner, contract plans or make payments you must be at least eighteen years old and have sufficient legal capacity.
People between fourteen and seventeen years old may use the functionalities that Plan/G enables for participants only with the knowledge and authorization of their father, mother or legal representative.
Persons under fourteen years of age will not be able to create a separate account. They may appear as assistants or members of a family group under the responsibility of an adult.
When an event includes minors:
- The organizer must act with special diligence.
- You should not publish unnecessary data about them.
- Photographs and videos must be shared respecting their privacy and the rights of their legal representatives.
- The minor's data should not be used for purposes other than the organization of the event.
Plan/G may request reasonable verifications of age or authorization when there are indications of non-compliance.
Registration and account
The user may register using the available methods, which may include:
- Email address and one-time code.
- Verification link sent by email.
- Google account.
- Microsoft account.
- Other identity providers incorporated later.
The user agrees to:
- Provide correct and updated information.
- Maintain control of your account and email.
- Do not share codes, access links or sessions.
- Immediately notify of any unauthorized access.
- Do not impersonate other people.
- Do not create automated or fraudulent accounts.
The name, avatar and other profile data may be shown to people who share events with the user.
Plan/G may unify or relate an account with previous invitations directed to the same verified address.
User identity and assistant identity
The user account represents the person registered on the platform.
The entity called "attendee" represents the specific participation of a person or group in an event. An assistant can:
- Be linked to a registered account.
- Have been added by the organizer without an account.
- Represent several members of the same group or family unit.
- Have assigned answers, contributions, expenses or own participations.
This separation allows the same account to participate in several events and for an event to include people who do not need an operational account.
When a person subsequently registers, Plan/G may link their account with their previous identity as an attendee, provided it can reasonably be verified that this is the same person.
Roles within an event
7.1. Owner
The owner creates or receives ownership of the event. You can have broad permissions to:
- Set up the event.
- Publish it, cancel it or delete it.
- Manage invitations and participants.
- Appoint or revoke co-hosts.
- Manage content and permissions.
- Hire or assign a plan to the event.
7.2. Co-host
The co-host is a person invited to collaborate in the management. The appointment may require express acceptance.
Your permissions will depend on the product and event settings. You cannot assume that you have all the powers of the owner.
Each co-host is responsible for the actions they take with their account.
7.3. Guest or participant
The guest can consult and interact with the information authorized for their role, confirm attendance, make contributions, participate in expenses, share content or use other enabled functionalities.
7.4. Transfer of ownership
When Plan/G enables the transfer of ownership, this will require express action by the owner and, where appropriate, the acceptance of the new owner.
The transfer may affect the permissions, limits and rights associated with the event. Personal plans do not automatically transfer unless expressly indicated.
Obligations of the organizer
The person who creates, imports or manages an event declares that:
- You have the right to organize it or have been authorized to do so.
- You can provide Plan/G with the contact information of the invited people.
- You will not use Plan/G to send unsolicited commercial communications.
- Will correctly report the relevant conditions of the event.
- You will obtain the necessary permissions to publish images, content or data from third parties.
- You will not enter unnecessary sensitive data.
- You will responsibly manage owner and co-host permissions.
- Will respond to reasonable requests from invited persons regarding the information entered by them.
Plan/G may provide tools for a guest to request access, correction, unlinking or deletion of their event data.
Date, time and time zone
Each event may have a main time zone.
Dates and times can be displayed:
- In the time zone of the event.
- In the time zone configured by the user.
- In both areas, when useful.
The event time zone prevails to determine the official time of the event, the temporal rules of the event, and, where applicable, the usage limits associated with a local date.
Users should carefully check the time zone indicated. Plan/G does not guarantee that calendars, devices or external services will interpret all time changes, historical zones or daylight saving time rules identically.
Location, maps and weather
The location may be entered by the organizer or selected using a mapping or geocoding service.
The organizer must verify that the address and instructions are correct before sharing them.
Weather information:
- It is indicative.
- Comes from external suppliers.
- May change or contain errors.
- It does not replace official alerts or safety recommendations.
Plan/G is not responsible for decisions taken exclusively on the basis of a weather forecast displayed on the platform.
Plan/G does not continuously track the location of attendees unless a specific feature requests it and the corresponding authorization is obtained.
Invitations and notifications
Plan/G may send communications necessary to operate the service, such as:
- Email verification.
- Invitations.
- Authorization requests.
- Relevant changes to the event.
- Reminders.
- Purchase confirmations.
- Security notices.
- Communications about contributions, expenses or content.
- Messages from the owner or co-hosts.
These communications are operational and are not considered advertising.
Commercial communications from Plan/G will be sent only when there is a sufficient legal basis and can be unsubscribed using the indicated mechanisms.
The organizer is responsible for the content of personalized messages sent via Plan/G.
Contributions, tasks and objects
Plan/G may allow participants to propose, claim or undertake to bring objects, food, drinks or perform tasks.
Unless expressly indicated:
- Only one person can maintain an active claim for an item.
- Releasing a claim allows another person to assume it.
- Releasing a claim does not delete the item.
- Deleting an item is a separate action and may require additional permissions.
Plan/G does not guarantee that a person will fulfill the contribution or task assumed.
Expenses, distributions and payments between participants
Plan/G can offer tools to record expenses and calculate distributions.
Calculations may use:
- Equal amounts.
- Percentages.
- Weights or units per participant.
- Indicative categories such as adult, adolescent, minor or baby.
- Custom number of payers.
- Individual exclusions or adjustments.
The organizer and participants are responsible for reviewing the data and results.
Unless expressly indicated in a payment functionality:
- Plan/G is not a banking entity.
- Plan/G does not grant credit.
- Plan/G does not hold participant funds.
- Plan/G does not guarantee the payment or reimbursement of debts.
- The results are coordination tools and not accounting or tax documents.
When payments are enabled, they may be processed by an external provider. The supplier's conditions will also apply.
The operations of an event will be associated, where applicable, with the identity of the attendee who pays or receives the amount, even if that identity is linked to an account.
Photographs, videos and galleries
Users will be able to upload, view and download photographs, videos or other content when the functionality is enabled.
The user retains the rights to the content he or she contributes.
By uploading content you grant Plan/G a non-exclusive, worldwide license limited to the time necessary to:
- Host it.
- Process it technically.
- Generate previews.
- Show it to authorized people.
- Allow download.
- Create requested files or albums.
- Maintain backup copies.
- Prevent fraud or abuse.
This license does not allow Plan/G to sell the photographs or use them for external advertising without independent authorization.
Whoever publishes content declares that:
- You are the owner of the content or have authorization.
- Its publication does not infringe image, privacy, intellectual property or data protection rights.
- He has acted with special care when minors appear.
- Does not include illegal, humiliating or manifestly harmful content.
Deleting content on Plan/G does not delete copies previously downloaded by other participants.
Plan/G will not use facial recognition or extract biometric identifiers from images unless a functionality of this type is expressly introduced, it is previously informed and there is sufficient legal basis.
Chat, comments and mentions
When available, event conversations should be used exclusively for legitimate coordination and communication between participants.
Not allowed:
- Harass, threaten or humiliate.
- Disseminate personal data without authorization.
- Post discriminatory or sexually explicit content.
- Send spam.
- Share malware, fraudulent links or illegal content.
- Use mentions in an abusive manner.
Messages may be visible to authorized participants depending on event settings.
Plan/G may keep minimum records necessary to investigate incidents, address complaints or protect the security of the service.
Integrations and external services
Plan/G can integrate with third-party services, such as:
- Authentication providers.
- Calendars.
- Mail services.
- Payment systems.
- Maps and geocoding.
- Meteorological services.
- Storage or distribution of content.
- Support, security and measurement tools.
When using an integration, the user may be subject to the third party's terms and policies.
Plan/G does not control the continuity, accuracy or availability of external services and may replace, limit or withdraw them when necessary.
Exporting to a calendar file does not guarantee that subsequent changes will be automatically synchronized.
Plans and limits
Plan/G may offer different plans, including:
17.1. Free
Free plan subject to capacity and usage limits indicated on pricing page.
17.2. One
Single payment purchase linked to the specific event selected during contracting.
Unless otherwise indicated:
- Does not automatically apply to other events.
- Does not transfer between events.
- Covers the functionalities and limits shown before payment.
17.3. Plus
Personal subscription, normally annual, that expands the capacity or functionalities during the contracted period.
When the Plus plan belongs to the owner, it will be able to cover the entire event under the terms indicated on the pricing page.
When it belongs solely to one co-host, it may cover the personal capacity of that co-host without necessarily extending its benefits to the owner, the event or other co-hosts.
17.4. Other plans
Plan/G may enter plans for groups, organizations or professional uses. Your specific conditions will be shown before contracting.
17.5. Capacity rules
The limits, prices, number of attendees and current accounting rules will be those shown in [URL PRECIOS] and in the purchase process.
Participation as a guest will not consume the user's creation or management capacity unless expressly indicated.
When Plan/G applies daily or event limits:
- The local date of the event may be used.
- Active owners and co-hosts may be subject to capacity rules.
- The publication may reserve capacity.
- The first invitation, response or external activity may confirm your consumption.
- Cancellation prior to external use may release the reservation.
- A capacity already used may not be recovered by subsequently canceling or deleting the event.
Plan/G will display the relevant rules before the user takes an action involving payment or irreversible consumption.
Prices, taxes and payments
The prices and periodicities will be shown before confirming the purchase.
The total price will include applicable taxes, unless otherwise clearly indicated due to a business contract or a specific tax situation.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized provider. Plan/G does not store full card details when payment is processed directly by the provider.
The user authorizes the charge corresponding to the selected plan.
In recurring subscriptions:
- The periodicity will be shown before contracting.
- Automatic renewal must be clearly indicated.
- The user may deactivate the renewal before the next charge.
- Cancellation will prevent future renewals, but does not automatically eliminate access already paid for during the current period.
Price changes will be applied prospectively. When they affect a renewal, reasonable advance notice will be given.
Right of withdrawal
When the user has the legal status of consumer, he or she may withdraw from a remote contract within the applicable legal period, generally fourteen calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise it, you may send an unequivocal statement to billing@actually-better.com, indicating:
- Name.
- Associated email address.
- Plan purchased.
- Purchase date.
- Associated event, when applicable.
- Decision to desist.
When the user expressly requests that the service begin during the withdrawal period:
- Plan/G will be able to provide the service immediately.
- If the user withdraws after having started the service, the proportional part already provided may be deducted when the law allows it.
- If the service had been fully executed with the legally required consent and recognition, the right of withdrawal may be extinguished.
None of the foregoing limits legal rights due to non-conformity, non-compliance or malfunction.
Guidance model for withdrawal
For the attention of [TITULAR], [DOMICILIO], billing@actually-better.com:
I hereby inform you that I am withdrawing from my contract regarding the following service:

- Sending invitations, receiving responses or effectively using paid functions may be considered external use.
- The specific refund conditions will be shown during the purchase.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method, unless justified impossibility.
The cancellation or elimination of an event does not automatically imply a refund of the plan used.
Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use Plan/G to:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Impersonate identities.
- Organize violence, exploitation, abuse or unlawful discrimination.
- Distribute malware or carry out computer attacks.

- It is necessary to protect other users.
- Required by an authority.
- There are defaults.

- The account remains inactive for an extended period previously communicated.
Except in urgent situations, Plan/G will try to inform the reason and allow the user to submit allegations.
The user may close their account from the settings or by requesting it from support@plan-g.co.
Closing an account may affect managed events. Before deleting it, Plan/G may require the transfer, cancellation or resolution of active events.
Deletion and export
The export functionalities will depend on the type of content and the contracted plan.
The user may request a copy of their personal data in the cases provided by law.
Account deletion:
- Does not require removing content that other people legitimately need to retain within an event.
- May cause anonymization of contributions or messages.
- Does not delete data subject to legal obligations.
- Does not delete copies previously downloaded by other users.
- Backups may be delayed until regular rotation.
The owner may delete an event, subject to restrictions necessary to address legal obligations, disputes, payments or security.
Availability and evolution of the service
Plan/G may modify, improve or remove functionalities.
Plan/G will ensure:
- Maintain reasonable availability.
- Communicate relevant interruptions when possible.
- Avoid material adverse changes during a period already paid.
- Facilitate alternatives, cancellation or proportional refund when a modification substantially affects a contracted service and is required by law.
The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, supplier failures, attacks, force majeure or incidents beyond the reasonable control of Plan/G.

For professional users, and to the extent permitted by law, Plan/G's total liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount paid during the twelve months prior to the causative event.

It is not permitted to copy, decompile, modify, resell or exploit the platform outside of the legally permitted cases.

The processing of personal data is regulated in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of these terms does not imply consent for optional purposes such as advertising, unnecessary analytics or commercial communications.
Modification of the terms
Plan/G may modify these terms due to legal, technical, security or product changes.
